Our three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located only a few minutes from The Highland’s resort with world class golf, tennis, mountain biking, as well as zip lining. 10 minutes from beautiful Petoskey and Harbor Springs with great shopping and dining options. Also, within 10 minutes of the shores of Lake Michigan, and hundreds of miles of maintained snowmobile and ATV trails.
Our newly remodeled cottage features a large open living room with vaulted ceilings and dining area with a spacious well stocked kitchen for group meals. There are 2 1/2 renovated bathrooms, also on the lower walk out level there are 3 well-appointed bedrooms. All of our bedding are Ralph Lauren percale or sateen cotton for a luxurious sleeping experience. We have in-unit laundry machines, fire place and outdoor firepit 1,800 Sq ft
Perfectly suited for a vacation with family or friends, we are situated with easy access to all the adventure our area and town have to offer and the comfort of a home base to return to.

We have updated our home with high-efficiency appliances, LED lights, sustainable materials. We do not use any pesticides and try to use natural cleaning products. We have reusable cleaning cloths and provide recycling bins. We also encourage local sourcing and adventures.

Back yard has direct access to 1000 acres of state land with trails for snowshoeing (5 pairs provided), cross country skiing and hiking. Attached garage with space to store your outdoor equipment.
